The king of the jungle, the lion, co exists with gazelles and zebras in the African Safari. It’s an open field and the gazelles and zebras wake up every day with a renewed plan and vision to survive. They don’t stay hiding all day. They are quite visible and out in the open. They find a way to make it work. They find a way to make their lives worth living.
Do you see yourself as an underdog? Do you wake up every day already feeling defeated? Do you feel like you’re up to no good? If so, don’t fret and don’t quit living. Winners never quit and quitters never win.
Just like champions, Underdogs too know how to win and they win sometimes at unexpected moments. Have you ever watched a basketball game where an underdog won a playoff game? I rest my case.

Position yourself for greatness and success. Ever wonder why Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water? There are several interpretations of this popular nursery rhyme but I’m still stuck at “…went up the hill…”. Rivers, creeks, bayous, etc. do not typically run on top of hills but along valleys low and bottom of hills. And who builds an irrigation system or water faucet on top of a hill?
Were Jack and Jill going to look for water at the wrong place? Purpose to position yourself at the right place and right time. Make sure you’re going in the right direction. Don’t be clumsy or distracted from the task ahead otherwise you will fall just like Jack and Jill fell down the hill. I gotta tell you…that had to be a terrible fall. – EU
